The Cantabria Health Department, through the IFIMAV, finances the Marquise of Pelayo Library digital platform, which provides open remote access to this library for all the Cantabria health care professionals. The Marquise of Pelayo Library allows access to one of the best scientific information resources available. It consists of over 1000 journals (700 of them are electronic journals, mostly available through the OVID platform), excellent databases and scientific reviews (such as UpToDate, Medline, Medline Plus, Cinhal, Cochrane Library, Cochrane Library Plus, ISI Web of Knowledge, Drug Information), on-line book collections and 40 on-line collections of Nature and Current Opinion. It also features a backlist catalogue that includes journals and book collections of incalculable value. |
